سؤلیت ها
- تهیه و تنظیم سیستم فایلینگ منظم دوسیه های مریضان شفاخانه.
- تهیه کاغذ و قرطاسیه لازم برای دفتر میدیکل ریکارد.
- تهیه و تجدید لیست تمام اشیا مربوط شعبه میدیکل ریکارد.
- راجستر تمام مریضان که داخل سرویس های مختلفه شفاخانه بستر می شوند.
- راجستر تمام فوتی داخل شفاخانه با حفظ و اسرار اسناد و دوسیه های فوت شده گان.
- جمع آوری ارقام معلومات صحی مریضان داخل بستر و تنظیم سیستم رجعت یا نظارت از نظافت بخش مربوطه وسایل طبی مربوطه و بررسی از فعالیت های cleaner ها.
- معلومات در رابطه به «HMIS» شفاخانه.
- همکاری با مدیر نرسینگ شفاخانه در مورد راپور های «HMIT&MIAR» عمومی «OPD» ها.
- نظارت از تمام بخش های «OPD» شفاخانه در رابطه به درست خانه پوری کردن تالی شیت و راجستر های ماهانه.
- اطاعت از امر مافوق و اوامر مربوطه در اجرای هر نوع وظایف رسمی توظیف شده

شرایط
- فارغ تحصیل از نرسنگ با داشتن تجربه کاری حداقل دو سال در بخش مربوطه
- آشنایی با پروگرام های «MS.WORD . EXCEL» داشته باشد
- مهارت در افهام و تفهیم
- مهارت نوشتن مکاتیب
