- To contribute and ensure proper diagnosis and treatment of all complex and
complicated cases.
- To help junior staff for provision of quality medical
- care according to the national protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct regular technical seminars
- and discussion forum for junior staff
- To provide daily case presentation during the round and morning report to the
junior staff.
- To ensure specialized medical care are carried out based on EPHS
requirements
- To contribute in capacity building of junior staff through conducting on the
job training and seminars.
- To provide recommendation and help head of Medical Department. on
technical and management issues
- To attend all Medical related consultations and on call duties as per schedule.
- To carry out researches and provide support on it to the junior staff.
- To ensure proper implementation of HMIS system.
- To do evening visit of admitted patients.
- To work as head of the department incase of need.
- To give proper direction to nurses regarding infection prevention and patients
care.
- Attend all meetings and training provided by HealthNet TPO.
- Perform any other related task given by HealthNet TPO.
شرطونه
- Degree of MD and specialization in Medical approved by MoPH.
- Working experience as specialist of 1-3 years in hospital.
- Good English language skills. Computer skills are preferable.
- Flexible mentality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right. HealthNet TPO works with interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement innovative, culturally appropriate, evidence based public health interventions with a focus on: innovative development of health systems, mental health and psychosocial care, long and short term training of health workers, control of communicable diseases (including malaria), and health financing schemes. HealthNet TPO offers ground-breaking and unconventional solutions that foster self-reliance and promote sustainable health care that is accessible to all. HealthNet TPO in Afghanistan aims to improve the health status of the people in Afghanistan by supporting the local communities and the Government of Afghanistan in the development of a sustainable health care system. HealthNet TPO is working in Afghanistan since 1994, implementing integrated health projects managed mainly by national staff and supported technically by expatriate staff from the headquarter office.
HealthNet TPO has implemented over 283 projects in the areas of health system strengthening, mental health and psychosocial support services, and disease control. Currently, HNTPO has 14 active projects in several provinces including SEHATMANDI projects in four provinces, training of psychosocial counselors from all 34 provinces of Afghanistan, malaria control program, Gender base violence projects, MCP, TB, Mobile Health Team services, psychosocial support and Nutrition project
