- DAAD (daad.de): Germany, mostly master's and doctorate, very competitive.
- Chinese Government Scholarship (campuschina.org): through a Chinese university or the embassy.
Studying online
- University of the People (uopeople.edu): accredited online degrees without tuition fees, with scholarships for the assessment fees. Open to women as well as men.
Before you apply
- Find the official website of the programme and read the rules there.
- Prepare your tazkira, passport, transcripts (translated into English) and a short statement of purpose.
- Ask teachers early for letters of recommendation.
A real scholarship never asks you to pay for a place. Agents who promise one for a fee are a common fraud.
