Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

1. Contribute to the preparation of the Agricultural Development Fund’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
2. Collect and consolidate monthly activity inputs from ADF regional offices and relevant departments for inclusion in the above reports.
3. Collaborate with ADF management to establish program targets and key performance indicators.
4. Oversee financing processes at both regional and central levels, identify operational issues, and recommend appropriate solutions.
5. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of clients and financing activities at central and regional levels and provide observations and recommendations to management.
6. Prepare accurate qualitative and quantitative reports as required.
7. Provide briefs, findings, and feedback to relevant departments based on monitoring and evaluation results.
8. Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or CEO.

• At least a Associate degree in Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience at the managerial level in the public sector, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in one of the official languages (Pashto or Dari) and familiarity with English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different regions of Afghanistan to monitor clients and collect relevant data.
