Manufacturing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manufacturing Unit Supervisor to join our team in Kabul, Afghanistan. The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team within our manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.

1. Supervise Manufacturing Team:
2. Lead and manage a team of manufacturing personnel to achieve production targets.
3. Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
4. Safety and Quality Assurance:
5. Implement and enforce safety protocols related to machinery and equipment.
6. Maintain a high standard of quality control and ensure products meet specifications.
7. Training and Development:
8. Conduct training sessions for team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
9. Facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.
10. Communication Skills:
11. Develop proficiency in Urdu and maintain basic communication skills in English.
12. Foster effective communication within the team and other departments.
13. Equipment and Machinery Awareness:
14. Possess knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
15. Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all manufacturing equipment.
16. Documentation and Reporting:
17. Keep detailed records of production activities, safety measures, and quality control.
18. Generate regular reports for management review.
19. Adaptability:
20. Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges.
21. Implement efficient solutions to manufacturing issues.
