  • Encourage beneficiaries to follow agreed distribution procedures and maintain respectful behaviour.
  • Pay particular attention to the safety, dignity and appropriate treatment of children and other vulnerable beneficiaries.
  • Immediately report protection concerns, incidents, conflicts, misconduct or other issues to the designated supervisor.
  • Apply safeguarding, child-protection, PSEA and non-discrimination principles throughout the distribution.
  • Support the distribution team in maintaining a safe, transparent and accountable environment.
  • Perform other duties directly related to crowd management and beneficiary engagement as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with children and adults.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient and professional in crowded or challenging situations.
  • Basic understanding of safeguarding, child protection and PSEA principles is desirable.
