Job description
The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting UETC’s products and services by visiting organizations, businesses, and prospective customers. The officer follows the daily schedule and locations assigned by the company, introduces UETC’s offerings, builds strong customer relationships, identifies potential sales opportunities, and reports visit outcomes to the manager.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned organizations, businesses, and prospective customers each day.
- Present UETC’s products and services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and explain how UETC’s solutions can help.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
- Record customer feedback, leads, and visit results.
- Submit regular activity reports to the marketing manager.
- Represent UETC professionally during all customer interactions.
Requirements
Universal Eagle Tracking Company (UETC)
- Ability to visit organizations, businesses, and prospective customers each day according to the company’s schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in introducing and explaining UETC’s products and services.
- A polite, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Ability to identify prospective customers and develop business relationships.
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
- Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in the languages needed to communicate with customers in the assigned area.
