Where and how to apply

Where to look

  • Jobs.af: the largest general job site in the country.
  • ReliefWeb: UN and international NGO jobs, including in Afghanistan.
  • Notice boards and Telegram channels of organisations you know, and word of mouth.

Applying

  1. Read the announcement to the end: many ask for a specific form or subject line.
  2. Keep a short CV, in English and in Dari or Pashto, with your phone number and tazkira number.
  3. Send copies of certificates only when asked, and never the originals.
  4. Apply before the closing date: late applications are rarely read.

A real employer never asks you to pay for a job, a training place or a "registration". Never send money or your original documents to get work.
