MIDO Dairy is seeking an experienced and motivated Plant Manager to oversee and lead daily operations at our dairy production facility
Location: Kabul, Afghanistan

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee daily running of the dairy processing plant
- Manage production of yogurt, milk, yogurt drinks, and other dairy products
- Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand and quality standards
- Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflows
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance across all operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in dairy production and plant operations
- Strong knowledge of dairy processing (yogurt, milk, flavored drinks, etc.)
- Ability to manage production planning and timelines
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a production team
- Technical know-how in maintaining and operating dairy machinery
