The job
- Control and monitor access to company premises, ensuring only authorized personnel, contractors, and visitors are permitted entry.
- Verify employees, visitors, and contractors' IDs and maintain entry and exit logs.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect unauthorized activities and ensure the security of doors, gates, windows, and restricted areas.
- Monitor security systems and report suspicious behavior, incidents, or breaches to the security supervisor or control room.
- Prepare daily security activity reports, including incidents such as theft, assets damage, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
- Coordinate with the security control room and emergency services during incidents such as fire, security breaches, or threats to telecom infrastructure.
- Operate security screening and detection equipment to prevent prohibited items from entering restricted areas.
- Support the protection of sensitive telecommunications equipment, data rooms, and power systems.
- Perform duties on rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Follow company security policies, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Requirements
High school Graduate with one year of relevant experience.
