The job
- Coordinate and monitor project activities at the provincial level.
- Develop and follow up on provincial activity plans and schedules.
- Maintain effective communication between the provincial team and the head office.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of project records.
- Support procurement, logistics, training, workshops, and other project activities at the provincial level.
- Identify implementation challenges and provide practical recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with relevant government departments, community leaders, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, safeguarding, PSEA, and other relevant standards.
- Participate in coordination meetings and represent the organization when authorized.
- Manage Overall Admin, Finance and HR Activates in Province.
- Ensuring the procurements, payments and documentations are in compliance with JEAO, Donor and involved government entities laws, regulations and policies.
- Provide required coordination and support for the students to be able to conduct practical classes in the line health centers using laboratory equipment’s, access to patients and hospitals during the practical classes.
- Ensure the proper use of all equipment/supplies procured for practical classes.
- Assist in any monitoring and evaluation activities as required.
- Effectively utilize and manage the CNS project budget and report accordingly to JEAO finance department
- Preparing and coordinating daily plan and activities that contributes to the objective of the project.
- Keep the perfect record, and filing system of the project activities, and do the proper data collection.
- Develop success stories for the monthly reports
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly result based progressive report the relevant activities.
- Any other related duties as assigned by the line Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in project and financial management, coordination, or field operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, financial management, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in planning, reporting, and record keeping including offline and online filing.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Pashto, Dari, and English.
- Computer skills (MS Office).
