The job
- رعایت دقیق و تطبيق قوانین وضع شده در شفاخانه.
- مسؤل اداره وارد جراحی و تقسيم وظايف كارمندان , نظارت و كنترول انها
- تامين عرضه خدمات صحى مطابق ستندرد هاى نافذه ملى در بخش هاى مختلفه و فراهم نمودن IEC در همه بخش ها.
- تشخيص,تداواى و مراقبت مريضان جراحى و تنظيم مراقبت شبانه روزى مريضان
- مسؤل تعقیب دقیق از راجستر و تعقیب تداوی و جمع اوری معلومات و توحید نمودن راپور های ماهوار HMIS.
- تعقیب پروسیجر های قبل از عملیات و حفظ پروتوکول ها و ستندرد های وقایه از انتان .
- ایجاد سیستم درست رجعتی برای واقعات جراحی و سايرين كه ايجاب رجعت را مينمايد.
- شناسائی و راپور دهی فوری هر مشکلی که در رسیدن به اهداف پروگرام مانع میباشد.
- اشتراک در طرح و تطبیق تریننگ در جریان اجرای وظیفه برای کارمندان شفاخانه.
- نظارت منظم و همه روزه از کار كارمندان وارد مربوطه .
- نظارت از طرز خانه پری درست اسناد طبی ، دوسیه های مریضان وارد جراحی .
- حل به موقع مشکلات در امورات معالجوی وارد جراحی .
- اشتراک فعالانه براى هماهنكى امورات و بلند بردن كيفيت خدمات صحى در سطح شفاخانه .
- پیشبرد و تنظیم راپور های صبحانه و برنامه ریزی جلسات با پرسونل وارد جراحی جهت ارتقا مهارت ها .
- ایجاد فضای صمیمیت, اعتماد ، احترام متقابل و دسپلین پزیری بین پرسونل.
- تنظیم برنامه های تعلیمی (درسی) به همکاری دیپارتمنت تریننگ.
- اطاعت از أمر مافوق و اوامر مربوطه در اجراى هر نوع وظايف رسمى توظيف شده
Requirements
اوصاف,توانایی و مهارت ها
- سند معتبر فاکولته طب (MD).
- سند/اسناد معتبر تخصصی در رشته جراحی (Surgeon)
- جواز معتبر از شورای مربوطه طبی یا وزارت صحت عامه.
- حداقل پنچ سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در بخش خدمات جراحی در شفاخانه
- مهارت خوب در مدیریت حالات عاجل جراحی.
- توانایی مدیریت تیم صحی و ارائه رهنمایی‌های تخنیکی.
- آشنایی ابتدایی با کمپیوتر و سیستم‌های مربوط به راپوردهی.
