The job
- ويزيت و تنظيم تداوي تمام مريضان داخل بستر سرويس مربوطه
- اجراي پروسيجرهاي تخصصي براي مريضان نيازمند واموزش ان به دوکتوران جوان
- مشوره براي مريضان سرويسهاي ديگر مطابق تقاضا در ساعات رسمي و نوکريوالي
- دادن مشوره و تنظيم تداوي مريضان جديد در ساعات رسمي و بعد از ويزيت
- اجراي نوکريوالي مطابق لست و رهنمود تهيه شده از طرف اداره
- ارائه مشوره به داکتر جوان در تداوي مريضان عاجل واختلاطي که در ساعات غير رسمي به شفاخانه مراجعه مينمايند الي مطمئن شدن ازبهبودي انها
- همکاري در جمع آوري دقيق معلومات صحي با استفاده از رهنمود ها و فورمه هاي موجود
- اشتراک در تمام وظايف سپرده شده از طرف اداره شفاخانه
- سهمگيري فعال در طرح و تطبيق آموزش هاي مختلف داخل خدمت براي کارمندان در محدوده شفاخانه
- مسئوليت بلند بردن سطح دانش مسلکي داکتران جوان مخصوصاً در رابطه به رهنمود هاي صحي و فعاليت هاي مسلکي از طرق تدوير تريننگ ها و سيمينار هاي مختلف در سطح شفاخانه
- نظارت از تطبيق قوانين، مقررات و ستاندردهاي شفاخانه در ساحات مربوطه
- مسووليت تمام شفاخانه در ساعات غير رسمي در روزهاي که به حيث آمر نوکريوال مطابق لست وظيفه اجرا ميکند
- برخورد نيک و دوستانه با مريضان و مراجعين
- مراعات نمودن يونيفورم طبي در او قات رسمي در داخل شفاخانه
- تعقيب تطبيق و مراعات نمودن جدي ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مر بوطه
- اشتراک فعال در ارزيابي ربع وار ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مربوطه
- اشتراک در تهيه پلان کاري ستندرد هاي مطابق ارزيابي ربع وار و تعقيب پلان کاري تهيه شده
- مراعات اصول و ظوابط موسسه RI ، تحکیم و حفظ ارتباطات معقول د رسطح داخل و خارج شفاخانه و موسسه RI.
Requirements
- داشتن تابعيت افغانستان
- فراغت از يک فاکولتة رسمي طب و داشتن سند تخصص مسلکي در بخش مربوطه (داخله و يا اطفال)
- داشتن شخصيت مهربان و خوش برخورد بودن و توانايي هاي کافي کار در اداره
- تسلط بر زبان هاي محلي . آشنايي به لسان انگليسي ترجيح داده ميشود.
- تجربه حد اقل دو سال در بخش مسلکی یکی از شفاخانه ها.
- آشنائی کامل با سیستم HMIS و تحلیل ارقام.
- صادق، راستکار و قابل اعتماد باشد.
