The job

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specified standards. The Site Engineer will coordinate between the construction team, contractors, and clients to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Address technical issues and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incidents.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients regarding project status and issues.
  • Assist in procurement and resource management.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.
  • Provide weekly and monthly report to executive director.
  • Any other tasks assigned to him by senior management.
